To whom it may concern, I am writing regarding my recent purchase of my first home through Peter FitzGerald Real Estate & Filipp Lauretti. I can only say how fortunate I was that the house i wanted to buy was being sold through Peter FitzGerald Real Estate, and that the person i worked through was Filipp Lauretti. From the moment I first made the call regarding the villa, dealing with Filipp was easy and i felt comfortable asking him many questions, and being a first home buyer... I had a few! Filipp was always patient, understanding and informative. These were qualities that made me a lot more relaxed about the home buying process. I was able to contact Filipp at any time and he always returned calls and emails promptly. Filipp made the whole process of home buying simpler by always being considerate, clear, personable and polite, for example during my visits to that property he stood back and allowed you to thoroughly explore the villa undisturbed, and at the end of the visit was able to answer all questions. This was excellent! I had previously tried to purchase a property and I had unfortunately found the whole experience awful as a result of an extremely pushy and aggressive Estate Agent. I was reluctant , and in fact dreading having to go through the same thing when trying to secure the villa, but I was blown away by how different the whole experience was and I can not speak more highly of Filipp Lauretti and Peter FitzGerald Real Estate. I love the way they do business. I can only recommend Peter FitzGerald Real Estate & Filipp Lauretti and commend them on the excellent way they sell property.
