Everybody knows that you should be wary of real estate salesmen, after all, they are 'on the side' of seller/buyer or just out to do as little as possible to make a quick sale and forget you ever existed after banking the commission. Well, thats what we thought before we visited Peter FitzGerald Real Estate and met Filipp Lauretti. When Filipp negotiated a selling/buying price for our new home on Balgownie Road, Balgownie, he achieved the first 'impossible'-he negotiated a price fair & equitable to us, and as we now know, to the sellers. From the time a price was agreed to the day we collected the keys to our new pride and joy Filipp was untiring in promptly answering our many calls and going 'over the call of duty' to help and advise us. But it didn't just end there. As we still live in Sydney and we are extensively renovating our new home we constantly called Filipp to kindly liaison with our tradesmen (arrange keys etc) & Filipp has never hesitated to come to our assistance with genuine cheerfulness. (And may we add, your office staff have been just great too!). In conclusion, we would like to take this opportunity to extend our sincere thanks to Peter FitzGerald Real Estate and to your Filipp. We hope we can soon personally thank you all and invite you to join us in our housewarming!!.
