Despite his company already having spent money on advertising our property, Jason graciously accepted our decision to withdraw the property from sale. It was some considerable time later, when the market had picked up, that we felt more inclined to re-advertise the property and of course once again placed the business in Jason's hands. Jason made very helpful suggestions when offers were made on the property, resulting in a positive outcome.
