Selling a property can be fraught with all kinds of problems, not the least of which is who to look for in a selling agent. In particular, we value the principles of honesty and confidentiality. Jason's professional knowledge of real estate and his willingness to utilise it to better assist us, gave us total confidence in him. From the outset, Jason explained to us in very clear language everything we needed to know and how we should go about putting our propetry on the market. That done, Jason conducted that evaluation and advised us on oe the sale should be managed. He made all the neccessary arrangements, organised the advertising, and reassured us through every stage in the process. When it became evident that buyers were not showing the interest that we had originally anticipated, we made the decision to take the proeprty off the market, intending to re-advertise it at a more appropriate time. Despite his company already having spent money on advertising our property, Jason graciously accepted our decision to withdraw the property from sale. It was some considerable time later, when the market had picked up, that we felt more inclined to re-advertise the property and of course once again placed the business in Jason's hands. Jason made very helpful suggestions when offers were made on the property, resulting in a positive outcome. On the day we arranged the first inspection of the house in Mount Pleasant we met Filipp at the propetry (after viewing approx 6 other properties) and having a fairly detailed look and we immediately saw the potential in the property for our purposes which was to renovate. During this inspection and several subsequent inspections, the meetings were all on time and the tenants notified of our visits which all went smoothly. Filipp attended to all our requests for information, handled the negotiation of purchase efficiently and was always providing feedback.The fact that the owners were overseas made the negotiation a little more complicated but it was resolved to our satisfaction. We also received a cooperative approach on the reapairs required from the pest and building report and these were handled to our satisfaction. Further we have subsequently required access to the property for our architect and surveyor and again this has been arranged without any fuss and efficiently. For the remaining lease period we have signed a lease agreement with Peter FitzGerald Real Estate. We have been more than happy with the service we have received and would not hesitiate to recommend or use Filipp and the team at Peter FitzGerald Real Estate for any further real estate enquiries.
