Selling a property can be fraught with all kinds of problems, not the least of which is who to look for in a selling agent. In particular, we value the principles of honesty and confidentiality. Jason Hines, of Peter FitzGerald Real Estate, solved that problem for us. Jason's professional knowledge of real estate and his willingness to utilise it to better assist us, gave us total confidence in him. From the outset, Jason explained to us in very clear language everything we needed to know and how we should go about putting our propetry on the market. Despite his company already having spent money on advertising our property, Jason graciously accepted our decision to withdraw the property from sale. It was some considerable time later, when the market had picked up, that we felt more inclined to re-advertise the property and of course once again placed the business in Jason's hands. Jason made very helpful suggestions when offers were made on the property, resulting in a positive outcome. Everybody knows that you should be wary of real estate salesmen, after all, they are 'on the side' of seller/buyer or just out to do as little as possible to make a quick sale and forget you ever existed after banking the commission. Well, thats what we thought before we visited Peter FitzGerald Real Estate and met Filipp Lauretti. When Filipp negotiated a selling/buying price for our new home on Balgownie Road, Balgownie, he achieved the first 'impossible'-he negotiated a price fair & equitable to us, and as we now know, to the sellers.  From the time a price was agreed to the day we collected the keys to our new pride and joy Filipp was untiring in promptly answering our many calls and going 'over the call of duty' to help and advise us. But it didn't just end there. As we still live in Sydney and we are extensively renovating our new home we constantly called Filipp to kindly liaison with our tradesmen (arrange keys etc) & Filipp has never hesitated to come to our assistance with genuine cheerfulness.
