Sell with Fitzgerald Hines

No lock-in contracts

Just a handshake at stake. At Fitzgerald Hines, we’re putting the handshake back in real estate. The truth is, we legally need an agency agreement in place. Yet, we are so confident that you’ll be happy with our service, if not you can walk away at any time.

Marketing included

Back in the day, we always paid for the marketing of a property out of our pocket - not the owner’s. We still invest in professional photography and content, and ensure your property is put in front of the right buyers.

Real talk

At the end of the day, if you’re selling your most valuable asset, you need someone you can trust. Some agents find it easier to tell you the things you want to hear which is not necessarily the truth in the market, but where will they be when the market turns? We’ll be right here.
