Selling a property can be fraught with all kinds of problems, not the least of which is who to look for in a selling agent. In particular, we value the principles of honesty and confidentiality. He made all the neccessary arrangements, organised the advertising, and reassured us through every stage in the process. When it became evident that buyers were not showing the interest that we had originally anticipated, we made the decision to take the proeprty off the market, intending to re-advertise it at a more appropriate time. Despite his company already having spent money on advertising our property, Jason graciously accepted our decision to withdraw the property from sale. It was some considerable time later, when the market had picked up, that we felt more inclined to re-advertise the property and of course once again placed the business in Jason's hands. Jason made very helpful suggestions when offers were made on the property, resulting in a positive outcome.
