Mistake #13: Failing to Complain  E-mail |
image_22a.jpg
If you have a bad real estate experience you must complain. Often the louder you complain the more chance you will have of being compensated.
At the very least, you will be helping other buyers to avoid making the same mistakes. Remember, too, that real estate institutes represent real estate agents not consumers. Complain to your lawyer or to the Department of Fair Trading (http://www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au/ )or the ACCC. (http://www.accc.gov.au/content/index.phtml/itemId/142)

What our Clients Say

Being interstate, the whole selling process seemed extremely daunting, but with your expertise it became effortless. We also appreciate your liaising with all other parties (ie. buyers, tenants, conveyancer etc) on our behalf. Having originally purchased my unit through Peter FitzGerald's almost 8 years ago, your company's 'Valued Customer' practices of waiving your commission on our sale, have placed you well ahead and beyond all your competitors.
