Selling a property can be fraught with all kinds of problems, not the least of which is who to look for in a selling agent. In particular, we value the principles of honesty and confidentiality. Jason Hines, of Peter FitzGerald Real Estate, solved that problem for us. Jason's professional knowledge of real estate and his willingness to utilise it to better assist us, gave us total confidence in him. We found Jason to be an extremely professional, honest, confidential, competent and caring person. From the outset, Jason explained to us in very clear language everything we needed to know and how we should go about putting our propetry on the market. That done, Jason conducted that evaluation and advised us on oe the sale should be managed. He made all the neccessary arrangements, organised the advertising, and reassured us through every stage in the process. When it became evident that buyers were not showing the interest that we had originally anticipated, we made the decision to take the proeprty off the market, intending to re-advertise it at a more appropriate time. Despite his company already having spent money on advertising our property, Jason graciously accepted our decision to withdraw the property from sale. It was some considerable time later, when the market had picked up, that we felt more inclined to re-advertise the property and of course once again placed the business in Jason's hands.
